For marinating:
- Chicken
- 1tbsp huadiao wine
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- white pepper
Ingredients:
- 10 thin slices ginger
- 3pcs green onions (long cut, separate white and green parts)
- sesame oil
- 2tbsp chopped garlic
- 1tbsp rock sugar
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 100ml huadiao wine
To-do:
- Heat sesame oil on the pan and add ginger
- Add white parts of green onions
- Add marinated chicken and cook chicken until charred
- Add chopped garlic, mix well
- Add rock sugar
- Add soy sauce, mix well for around 15 seconds
- Add 100ml huadiao wine
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- Taste the flavor and adjust according your taste
