Ingredients:
- 500g chicken wings
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4tsp sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 cloves garlic, thin sliced
- a little bit green onion, long cut
- a little white pepper
To-do:
- Mix all the ingredients into the chicken wings.
- Marinate at least 2 hours or better overnight.
- Air fry 10 minutes one side, flip over and fry another 5 minutes in 180 grad.
