Carrot Cake with Egg


Ingredients:

Mixture A (mix altogether)

  • 125g all purpose flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
Mixture B (mix altogether)
  • 148ml vegetable oil
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
Mixture C
  • 150g grated carrots
  • 75g chopped walnuts
  • 30g raisins
To-do:
  1. Add in mixture A to mixture B little by little using spatula folding technic. Mix well.
  2. Then add mixture C, mix well.
  3. Bake 180C for 50 minutes in preheated oven.
