Ingredients:
Mixture A (mix altogether)
- 125g all purpose flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
Mixture B (mix altogether)
- 148ml vegetable oil
- 100g sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 1/2tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
Mixture C
- 150g grated carrots
- 75g chopped walnuts
- 30g raisins
To-do:
- Add in mixture A to mixture B little by little using spatula folding technic. Mix well.
- Then add mixture C, mix well.
- Bake 180C for 50 minutes in preheated oven.
