Plain Scones using Yogurt




Ingredients:

  • 150g cake flour
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 45g cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 50g yogurt
  • 30g milk
Bake in the oven:
190C in 15 minutes

To-do:
  1. Mix all dry ingredients (cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) and sieve through.
  2. Add butter and mix well with hands by rubbing with dry ingredients.
  3. Add yogurt and milk. Mix well. Fold few times for layering.
  4. Cut into desire portion.
  5. Bake in 190C in 15 minutes.
