Ingredients:
- 150g cake flour
- 2tbsp sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 45g cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 50g yogurt
- 30g milk
Bake in the oven:
190C in 15 minutes
To-do:
- Mix all dry ingredients (cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) and sieve through.
- Add butter and mix well with hands by rubbing with dry ingredients.
- Add yogurt and milk. Mix well. Fold few times for layering.
- Cut into desire portion.
- Bake in 190C in 15 minutes.
