Ingredients:
- 500g pork ribs
- 3 minced garlic
- 1tsp grated ginger
- 30ml hoisin sauce
- 30ml light soy sauce
- 60ml honey
- 1,5tsp brown sugar
- 1,5tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2tsp ngohiong powder
- 1/8tsp chili powder
- 1/2tsp chicken powder
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp black pepper
- 1/4tsp white pepper
To-do:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Slow cook for 7 hours, flip over then slow cook for another 8 hours.
