雪Q餅 / Marshmallow Biscuits



Ingredients:

  • 25g butter
  • 100g marshmallow
  • 100g biscuits (split half)
  • 50g dried cranberry
  • 25g milk powder
To-do:
  1. Mix biscuits with cranberry.
  2. Melt butter with lower heat. Then add marshmallow. Stir until all the marshmallow is melting and add quickly milk powder until well mixed.
  3. Add biscuits + cranberry and stir until all combined.
  4. Make into desired shape and let it cool in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  5. Cut into eat bite size. Guten Appetit :)
