Cabbage Pancake







Ingredients:

  • 150g thin sliced cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 40ml water
  • 50g cake flour
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • A little bit parmesan
  • A little bit thin sliced green onion
  • Fried bacon, thin sliced
  • Sauté thin sliced carrot 
  • Optional: corn
To-do:

  1. Mix egg with water. Add cake flour, salt and parmesan cheese, mix well.
  2. Add green onion, cabbage, bacon and carrot
  3. Fried on medium heat pan, close lid. Fried until brown color, the flip over. 
  4. Serve with chili sauce
