Ingredients:
- 150g thin sliced cabbage
- 1 egg
- 40ml water
- 50g cake flour
- 1/2tsp salt
- A little bit parmesan
- A little bit thin sliced green onion
- Fried bacon, thin sliced
- Sauté thin sliced carrot
- Optional: corn
- Mix egg with water. Add cake flour, salt and parmesan cheese, mix well.
- Add green onion, cabbage, bacon and carrot
- Fried on medium heat pan, close lid. Fried until brown color, the flip over.
- Serve with chili sauce
