Ingredients:
- Corn (cut in 3 parts and divide to quarters)
- Fried shallot and garlic
- Chili
- White pepper
- Soy bean sauce
- Green onions (1/2 cut thin slices and another 1/2 cut in long slices)
- White sugar
To-do:
- Air fried corn for 15mins in 180 grad
- In medium heat pan, add cooking oil and sauté fried shallot and garlic until fragrant
- Add air fried corn and stir for few seconds
- Add chili, white pepper, soy bean sauce and leek and stir frying together
- Turn off the heat and add a pinch of white sugar for a hint of sugar fragrance, mix well
