Ingredients:
- Bean sprouts
- Carrot
- Black fungus
- Chives / Kucai
- Green onions
- 2pcs eggs
- Salt
- Soy bean sauce
- Optional: chicken stock powder
To-do:
- Thin slice carrot and black fungus, long cut chives and green onions
- Fried egg and set aside
- Add green onions in the medium heat, add carrot and black fungus, sauté for 30 seconds or until the carrot is soft
- Add bean sprouts, stir in high heat. Sauté for 40 seconds and add fried eggs
- Add salt, soy bean sauce and chicken stock powder, mix well in high heat.
- Add chives and stir until the chives cooked.
- Then it's ready!
