Ingredients:
- 500g pork belly (cut into long strip)
- 3 gloves garlic (minced)
- 3 shallots (thin sliced)
- 1 green onion (thin sliced)
- 1/2tbsp brown sugar
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- White pepper
- Rice wine
- Water
To-do:
- Stir fry the pork belly until the meat becomes white color.
- Add shallots and cook until fragrant.
- Add garlic, green onion and brown sugar.
- Add oyster sauce and little soy sauce and cook until fragrant.
- Add rice wine, water, white pepper.
- Add water until the surface of the pork is covered (don't give too much)
- Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Move to pan and cook until the sauce becomes thicker.
- Ready to serve.
