Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd (thick chunks cut with seeds)
- Marinated pineapple (thick chunks cut)
- Anchovies
- Chicken thigh fillet
- Salt
- Rice wine
To-do:
- Add oil in the pan and pan fried chicken until half-cooked (skin release oil). Put chicken on the side and cut into bite size.
- Add bitter gourd in the pan with remaining oil and cook until the seeds turn orange color.
- Add anchovies.
- Add hot water.
- Add marinated pineapple.
- Add salt.
- Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Try the flavor and add rice wine before serving.
