鳳梨苦瓜雞湯 / Bitter Gourd Pineapple Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd (thick chunks cut with seeds)
  • Marinated pineapple (thick chunks cut)
  • Anchovies
  • Chicken thigh fillet
  • Salt
  • Rice wine
To-do:
  1. Add oil in the pan and pan fried chicken until half-cooked (skin release oil). Put chicken on the side and cut into bite size.
  2. Add bitter gourd in the pan with remaining oil and cook until the seeds turn orange color.
  3. Add anchovies.
  4. Add hot water.
  5. Add marinated pineapple.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Try the flavor and add rice wine before serving.
