Ingredients:
- 25g minced garlic / about 4cloves garlic
- 15g dried shrimp
- 1box Chicken tofu / cut into block size
- 250g white cabbage / cut into eat size and remove stems
- 2pcs chicken egg / whisk well
- 1,5tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp oyster sauce
- 300ml water
- salt
- white pepper
- Chopped green and white onions
- Chopped red chili
To-do:
- Add oil in the pan. Add tofu and egg. Fry and flip until well cooked. Then put aside.
- Using the same pan, add oil, white green onions, garlic and dried shrimp. Sauté until fragrant.
- Then add white cabbage.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, salt and white pepper.
- Add the tofu egg. Cook until the sauce is boiling.
- Then turn to low heat and cook for 7 minutes.
- When ready, garnish with green onions and red chili.
