豆腐燴白菜 / Braised Cabbage with Tofu



Ingredients:

  • 25g minced garlic / about 4cloves garlic
  • 15g dried shrimp
  • 1box Chicken tofu / cut into block size
  • 250g white cabbage / cut into eat size and remove stems
  • 2pcs chicken egg / whisk well
  • 1,5tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tbsp oyster sauce
  • 300ml water
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • Chopped green and white onions 
  • Chopped red chili
To-do:
  1. Add oil in the pan. Add tofu and egg. Fry and flip until well cooked. Then put aside.
  2. Using the same pan, add oil, white green onions, garlic and dried shrimp. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Then add white cabbage. 
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, salt and white pepper.
  5. Add the tofu egg. Cook until the sauce is boiling.
  6. Then turn to low heat and cook for 7 minutes.
  7. When ready, garnish with green onions and red chili.
