蒜煎五花肉 / Stir Fry Garlic Pork

Ingredients:

  • 250g Pork Belly with 1cm thick
  • 70g Garlic + 1 whole garlic
  • 2pcs Green Onion
  • 1/2pcs Onion
  • 2tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • White pepper
Seasoning sauce (mix altogether):
  • Onion, cut diced
  • Green onion, sliced
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • White pepper

To-do:
  1. Marinate long pork belly by sprinkle with a little bit salt (both side) and pat softly.
  2. Cut few garlics with a bit thickness then put on the pork belly.
  3. Let it marinate for 10-30 minutes.
  4. Then cut half of one whole garlic.
  5. Add oil in the frying pan. Add marinated pork belly without the garlic above. 
  6. Add whole garlic. Let it fry for 3 minutes each side using medium low heat.
  7. Turn to higher heat for golden color.
  8. Then fry the pork belly skin just a few seconds. Put it on plate.
  9. Using the same oil, add the remaining garlic from marinating the pork belly. Using medium heat and fry for 5 minutes.
  10. Add fried garlic to the prepared seasoning and mix it directly.
  11. Add 2tbsp garlic oil in the seasoning sauce. Mix altogether.
  12. Cut pork belly diagonally. 
  13. Plating with pork belly, seasoning sauce and fried whole garlic. Optional: cherry tomato.
