Ingredients:
- Korean soybean sprouts, rinse and drain (add water and salt, cook in medium high heat for 101t minutes covered)
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2tsp gochugaru / Korean hot pepper flakes
- 1tsp fish sauce / soy sauce / salt
- 1tsp roasted sesame seed
- 2tsp roasted sesame oil
To-do:
- Mix all ingredients together with cooked soybean sprouts.
- Serve as side dish to rice.
