Soybean Sprout Korean Side Dish / Kongnamul-muchim


Ingredients:

  • Korean soybean sprouts, rinse and drain (add water and salt, cook in medium high heat for 101t minutes covered)
  • 2 garlic gloves, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2tsp gochugaru / Korean hot pepper flakes
  • 1tsp fish sauce / soy sauce / salt
  • 1tsp roasted sesame seed
  • 2tsp roasted sesame oil
To-do:
  1. Mix all ingredients together with cooked soybean sprouts.
  2. Serve as side dish to rice.
