Ingredients:
- 150g burdock
- Vinegar
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sake
- 3tbsp potato starch
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
To-do:
- Scrape the burdock skin with back of the knife. Wash with water.
- Add water in a bowl and add vinegar into it.
- Cut burdock into bar (cut into 4) and soak them in vinegar water.
- Drain the vinegar water and rinse with water.
- Add soy sauce and sake in a bowl and mix well. Let it absorb for 30 minutes.
- Drain the excess liquid and coat with potato starch.
- Deep fry in heated oil until golden brown.
- Add salt and pepper as your preferences. Ready to eat.
