Ingredients:
- 600g Small squids
- 70g Green onion, long cut
- 10g Garlic, sliced
- 1tbsp Rice wine
- 2tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- White pepper
- Sugar
- 10g Red chili, julienne cut
To-do:
- Boil water, add salt and squid. When the squid begins to roll, pick it up. This part to eliminate water from the squid. Put aside.
- Add oil in the pan. Add garlic and white parts of green onions. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add squid. Don't flip too much. Cook until fragrant.
- Add rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper. Mix well but don't flip too much.
- Add green parts of green onion and red chili. Mix well and ready to serve.
