蔥爆小卷 / Stir Fry Squid with Green Onion


Ingredients:

  • 600g Small squids
  • 70g Green onion, long cut
  • 10g Garlic, sliced
  • 1tbsp Rice wine
  • 2tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Oyster sauce
  • White pepper
  • Sugar
  • 10g Red chili, julienne cut

    To-do:

    1. Boil water, add salt and squid. When the squid begins to roll, pick it up. This part to eliminate water from the squid. Put aside.
    2. Add oil in the pan. Add garlic and white parts of green onions. Sauté until fragrant.
    3. Add squid. Don't flip too much. Cook until fragrant.
    4. Add rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper. Mix well but don't flip too much.
    5. Add green parts of green onion and red chili. Mix well and ready to serve.
