Ingredients:
- Small sausages
- Rice cake / tteokbokki (cook rice cake and soak in cold water)
- Skewer
Mustard Sauce (mix altogether) + ketchup:
- 1tsp grated onion
- 2tbsp mayonnaise
- 1tbsp mustard
- 1tbsp sugar
Gochujang Sauce (mix altogether, cook 3 mins in medium high heat)
- 2tbsp gochujang / hot pepper paste
- 2tbsp ketchup
- 2tsp sugar
- 2tbsp water
- 2tbsp grated onion
- 1/4tsp sesame oil
- 1/2tsp sesame seeds
To-do:
- Skewer rice cake and sausages alternatingly.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry sausage and rice cake skewer until golden.
- Put mustard and ketchup sauce or gochujang sauce on top of the skewers.
