Ingredients:
- Minced Pork
- Chive Flowers
- Black Bean Sauce
- Diced cut chili
- Water
- Salt
- White Pepper
- Sesame oil
Medium - high heat.
To-do:
- Add oil in the pan. Add minced pork and sauté until fragrant or cooked through to avoid meaty smell.
- Add black bean sauce. Add chili. Stir well.
- Add water. Taste the flavor. Add salt if it is not enough salty. Add white pepper.
- Add chive flowers. Sauté max 1-1.5 minutes. Don't sear too long the chive flowers will turn yellowish color. Add sesame oil.
