蒼蠅頭 / Minced Pork with Chive Flowers in Black Bean Sauce


Ingredients:

  • Minced Pork
  • Chive Flowers
  • Black Bean Sauce
  • Diced cut chili
  • Water
  • Salt
  • White Pepper
  • Sesame oil
Medium - high heat.

To-do:
  1. Add oil in the pan. Add minced pork and sauté until fragrant or cooked through to avoid meaty smell.
  2. Add black bean sauce. Add chili. Stir well.
  3. Add water. Taste the flavor. Add salt if it is not enough salty. Add white pepper.
  4. Add chive flowers. Sauté max 1-1.5 minutes. Don't sear too long the chive flowers will turn yellowish color. Add sesame oil.
