Ingredients:
- Korean fish cake, long cut
- Onions, long cut
- Garlic, minced
- Optional: broccoli, blanched hot water
Sauce (mix altogether):
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp rice wine / mirin
- 2tsp sugar
- Pinch black pepper
- 2-3tsp gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes) only for the spicy version
To-do:
- Optional: blanched fish cake with hot water to remove excess oil.
- Heat pan, add oil, garlic, onions, broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
- Add fish cake and mix well.
- Add prepared sauce and stir well. Ready to serve.
