Stir Fried Fish Cake

Ingredients:

  • Korean fish cake, long cut
  • Onions, long cut
  • Garlic, minced
  • Optional: broccoli, blanched hot water
Sauce (mix altogether):
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp rice wine / mirin
  • 2tsp sugar
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2-3tsp gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes) only for the spicy version
To-do:
  1. Optional: blanched fish cake with hot water to remove excess oil.
  2.  Heat pan, add oil, garlic, onions, broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add fish cake and mix well.
  4. Add prepared sauce and stir well. Ready to serve.
