Ingredients:
- 1pcs carrot, thin sliced
- 1pcs green onion, thin sliced. white and green separate
- 4eggs
- a little bit ginger, thin sliced
- salt and white pepper
To-do:
- Add eggs in the bowl and add salt and white pepper.
- Add chopped green onions in the mixture and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat pan. Add oil, white parts of green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Then add shredded carrot and stir fry until cooked thoroughly. Add salt and white pepper. Add oil if needed.
- Add egg mixture into the frying pan and cook thoroughly.
