紅蘿蔔炒蛋 / Carrots and Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients:

  • 1pcs carrot, thin sliced
  • 1pcs green onion, thin sliced. white and green separate
  • 4eggs
  • a little bit ginger, thin sliced
  • salt and white pepper
To-do:
  1. Add eggs in the bowl and add salt and white pepper.
  2. Add chopped green onions in the mixture and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Heat pan. Add oil, white parts of green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Then add shredded carrot and stir fry until cooked thoroughly. Add salt and white pepper. Add oil if needed.
  5. Add egg mixture into the frying pan and cook thoroughly.
