Ingredients:
- 1pax enoki
- 5-6 slices beef/pork
- Salt & black pepper
- Potato starch
For the teriyaki sauce:
- 2tbsp sake
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp mirin
- 1tbsp sugar
For garnish:
- Green onions, slices
- White sesame
To-do:
- Divide enoki into 5 or 6 big chunks
- Stretch out 1 slices beef/pork, top with enoki. Then roll the beef/pork tightly. In the end of the beef slices coat with a little bit of potato starch. Repeat for remaining slices of beef.
- Heat pan and add the teriyaki sauce. Waiting until it's boiling and the sauce become thicker.
- Then add all the enoki beef slices on the sauce and mix well. Cook quickly, rotating the beef roll few minutes until brown.
- Remove from the pan and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with green onions and white sesame.
