Ingredients:
- 300g burdock, thin sliced with slicer and soak in the white vinegar added water
- 200g carrot, thin sliced
- 1pcs garlic, minced
- 2tbsp mirin
- 1tbsp sake
- 2-3tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 3tbsp white sesame seeds
To-do:
- Add minced garlic in the preheated pan. Then add burdock and stir well.
- Add carrot and mix well.
- Add mirin and sake. Cook a while to let alcohol evaporate.
- Add soy sauce, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Turn off heat and add white sesame seeds. Can be served in cold or warm.
