Ingredients:
- Pork (thin long cut)
- Paprika (thin long cut)
- 1pcs long red chili (thin long cut)
Marinating pork:
- Sugar
- Salt & white pepper
- Soy bean sauce (ratio 1 soy bean sauce:2 rice wine)
- Rice wine
- Tapioca powder
Sauce:
- Ginger Puree
- Rice wine
- Soy bean sauce
To-do:
- Add oil, stir fry green pepper until half cooked -> to get rid the uncooked flavor of green pepper and put aside.
- Using the same pan, stir fry marinating pork until all the pork is separated from each other.
- Add prepared sauce and red chili. Stir fry until all the sauces absorbed by pork.
- Then add green pepper. Mix well and just cook for few minutes, don't overcooked!
