青椒肉絲 / Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Paprika


Ingredients:

  • Pork (thin long cut)
  • Paprika (thin long cut)
  • 1pcs long red chili (thin long cut)
Marinating pork:
  • Sugar
  • Salt & white pepper
  • Soy bean sauce (ratio 1 soy bean sauce:2 rice wine)
  • Rice wine
  • Tapioca powder
Sauce:
  • Ginger Puree
  • Rice wine
  • Soy bean sauce
To-do:
  1. Add oil, stir fry green pepper until half cooked -> to get rid the uncooked flavor of green pepper and put aside.
  2. Using the same pan, stir fry marinating pork until all the pork is separated from each other.
  3. Add prepared sauce and red chili. Stir fry until all the sauces absorbed by pork.
  4. Then add green pepper. Mix well and just cook for few minutes, don't overcooked!
