Ingredients:
- 2 Loofah / 250g Loofah
- Few thin sliced Ginger
- 1pcs Green Onion (separate white and green parts, cut julienne)
- 1pcs Salted Egg (separate white and egg yolk / smash egg yolk and cut dice white egg)
- 100ml Water
- 1/2tbsp Goji Berry
- 1/2tbsp Cooking Wine
To-do:
- Soak goji berry with cooking wine and put aside.
- Heat oil in the pan. Add ginger and white parts of green onion. Stir fry until fragrant.
- Add salted egg yolk. Sauté until start bubbling.
- Add loofah and 50ml water. Close lid and let it cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soaked goji berry. Add salted egg white. Add remaining water. Taste as per your preference.
- Then add green parts of green onion. Ready to serve.
