Ingredients:
- Chicken wings (cut half)
- Minced garlic
- Chopped green onions
- Chopped red chili
- White and black pepper
- Salt
- Sesame oil
To-do:
- Add 1tbsp vegetable oil and chicken wings. Fry until crispy. If too much oil left, wipe it out with kitchen tissue.
- Set aside chicken wings in the pan. Using the leftover oil and stir fry minced garlic, green onions and red chili. Mix well with chicken wings.
- Add white and black pepper. Add salt. Mix well.
- Add sesame oil. Mix well.
- Ready to serve.
