Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings / 椒鹽雞翅

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings (cut half)
  • Minced garlic
  • Chopped green onions
  • Chopped red chili
  • White and black pepper
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil
To-do:
  1. Add 1tbsp vegetable oil and chicken wings. Fry until crispy. If too much oil left, wipe it out with kitchen tissue. 
  2. Set aside chicken wings in the pan. Using the leftover oil and stir fry minced garlic, green onions and red chili. Mix well with chicken wings.
  3. Add white and black pepper. Add salt. Mix well.
  4. Add sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Ready to serve.
