紅酒燉牛肉 / Red Wine Stewed Beef Using Pressure Cooker

Ingredients:

  1. 500g Beef Finger aka Beef Ribs without the bone / 牛肋條 (cut into desire size)
  2. 2 Onions (thin sliced)
  3. 200g Cherry Tomato (half cut)
  4. 1pcs Carrot (diced cut)
  5. 1pcs Red Chili (thin oblique cut)
  6. 6pcs Garlic (chunk cut)
  7. 1,5tbsp Paprika Powder
  8. 2tsp Tomato Paste
  9. Salt & Black Pepper
  10. 3pcs Bay Leaves
  11. 200ml Red Wine
  • Optional: Button Mushroom -> sauté with salt & black pepper, when it begins to discharge water add butter. Add into pressure cooker mixture before eating.
To-do:
  1. Rinse beef from blood with hot water. Then add salt and black pepper and stir fry until a little brown.
  2. Put ingredients into the pressure cooker. From no 2 to no. 10. Then add beef and redwine.
  3. Pressure cook for 30 minutes. When it's ready check the tenderness and flavor. Adjust to your liking.
  4. Add button mushroom and mix well.
