Garlic Butter Shrimp / 蒜香奶油蝦


Ingredients:

  • Shrimp, back cut 
  • Garlic, minced
  • Green onion, minced and separate white and green parts
  • Butter
  • Oyster Sauce (with ratio oyster sauce 3:4 soy sauce)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Black pepper
To-do:
  1. Add oil in the pan and add shrimp immediately. Turn on the heat and close lid. Shake until it turns golden brown. Open lid and flip over. Remove excess oil and set shrimp aside the pan (still in the pan).
  2. Using the remaining oil, sauté garlic and white parts of green onion in other side.
  3. Add butter and mix well. 
  4. Add oyster sauce and soy bean sauce.
  5. Add salt and sugar.
  6. Add butter (if needed). Taste as per your preference.
  7. Add black pepper.
  8. Add green parts of green onion.
