Teriyaki Squid

Ingredients:

  • Whole squid 
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Chopped garlic
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Mirin
  • Shichimi Togarashi
To-do:
  1. Add oil in the pan
  2. Add squid and stir fry until cooked
  3. Add butter
  4. Add chopped garlic
  5. Add teriyaki sauce
  6. Add mirin
  7. Take out the squid and cut into eat bite size. Add leftover sauce from the pan on top. 
  8. Sprinkle togarashi

Ingredients for teriyaki sauce:
  1. 80ml soy sauce
  2. 5ml sesame oil
  3. 5ml rice vinegar
  4. 20ml sake
  5. 20ml mirin
  6. 5g ginger powder
  7. 5ml oil
  8. few slices garlic
  9. 45g sugar
  10. starch 3g + 30ml water
  11. 2,5g black sesame
  12. 2,5g white sesame
To-do (cook in low heat): 
  1. Mix no. 1 to no. 6, put aside.
  2. Add oil in the pan.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 
  4.  Add soy sauce mixture and cook until the sauce start boiling.
  5. Add sugar and mix well.
  6. Add starch water and mix well.
  7. Take out the teriyaki sauce to the bowl and add sesame seeds.
