Ingredients:
- Whole squid
- Butter
- Oil
- Chopped garlic
- Teriyaki sauce
- Mirin
- Shichimi Togarashi
To-do:
- Add oil in the pan
- Add squid and stir fry until cooked
- Add butter
- Add chopped garlic
- Add teriyaki sauce
- Add mirin
- Take out the squid and cut into eat bite size. Add leftover sauce from the pan on top.
- Sprinkle togarashi

Ingredients for teriyaki sauce:
- 80ml soy sauce
- 5ml sesame oil
- 5ml rice vinegar
- 20ml sake
- 20ml mirin
- 5g ginger powder
- 5ml oil
- few slices garlic
- 45g sugar
- starch 3g + 30ml water
- 2,5g black sesame
- 2,5g white sesame
To-do (cook in low heat):
- Mix no. 1 to no. 6, put aside.
- Add oil in the pan.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce mixture and cook until the sauce start boiling.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add starch water and mix well.
- Take out the teriyaki sauce to the bowl and add sesame seeds.
