Whipping Cream Pound Cake


Ingredients:

  • 110g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 whole egg
  • 140g cake flour
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 80ml whipping cream
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp rum, optional
Baking in oven using top heat
Preheat oven 180C
Bake at 180C in 35 minutes, baking pan lowest position

To-do:
  1. Mix unsalted butter with sugar with hand mixer.
  2. Add egg one by one, using hand mixer.
  3. Using spatula, add sieved cake flour + salt and whipping cream, half in one time. Mix well. 
  4. Then add another half, mix well.
  5. Add vanilla extract.
