Ingredients:
- 110g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 100g sugar
- 2 whole egg
- 140g cake flour
- 1/2tsp salt
- 80ml whipping cream
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp rum, optional
Baking in oven using top heat
Preheat oven 180C
Bake at 180C in 35 minutes, baking pan lowest position
To-do:
- Mix unsalted butter with sugar with hand mixer.
- Add egg one by one, using hand mixer.
- Using spatula, add sieved cake flour + salt and whipping cream, half in one time. Mix well.
- Then add another half, mix well.
- Add vanilla extract.
