Matcha Nama Choco

Ingredients:

• 80g chopped white chocolate
• 2.5tbsp whipping cream
• 2tsp matcha green tea powder
• 2tsp matcha green tea powder for coating

Content: 8cm square box

Note: a bit too sweet

To-do:

1. Put whipping cream in sauce pan and heat until hot before it start to boil.
2. Sift in matcha powder and mix well with spatula.
3. Add chopped white chocolate and leave until it starts to melt. Then quickly mix well.
4. Pour in chocolate mixture into prepared box with parchment paper. Put in the fridge until firm (over 1 hour).
5. Cut into small square pieces and dust with matcha powder.
