Ingredients:
- 80g chopped white chocolate
- 2.5tbsp whipping cream
- 2tsp matcha green tea powder
- 2tsp matcha green tea powder for coating
Content: 8cm square box
Note: a bit too sweet
To-do:
- Put whipping cream in sauce pan and heat until hot before it start to boil.
- Sift in matcha powder and mix well with spatula.
- Add chopped white chocolate and leave until it starts to melt. Then quickly mix well.
- Pour in chocolate mixture into prepared box with parchment paper. Put in the fridge until firm (over 1 hour).
- Cut into small square pieces and dust with matcha powder.
