Ingredients:
- 48g white chocolate (I use callebaut)
- 40g butter
- 64g egg
- 32g sugar
- 24g cake flour
- 5.5g matcha powder
- pinch salt
Preheat oven 180 degrees
bake 180 degree 9 minutes
Using aluminium foil cup 60cc
To-do:
- Melt white chocolate and butter.
- Sift in cake flour, matcha powder, sugar and salt into a bowl and gradually pour the egg while whisking it.
- Add melt white chocolate and butter into cake flour mixture. Mix well (looks shiny).
- Put into fridge for 1 hour.
- Pipe into the mould.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 9 minutes. Different quantities and molds will result in varied outcomes. It should be served as soon as it's made.
