Steam Garlic Shrimps / 蒜蓉蝦


Ingredients:

  • 10pcs shrimps, cut Y shape
  • 1pcs small bean flour vermicelli / sohun / 冬粉 (soaked with water)
  • 25g minced garlic 
  • 5g minced chili
  • Minced green onions
  • 8g sweet soybean sauce
  • 10g soybean sauce
  • 10g water
  • sugar
  • salt
  • white pepper
To-do:
  1. Add soaked bean flour vermicelli on the steamed plate. Lay shrimp on the vermicelli.
  2. Mix all rest of the ingredients and pour on top of the shrimp.
  3. Steam for 5 minutes in hot boiling water.
