Ingredients:
- 10pcs shrimps, cut Y shape
- 1pcs small bean flour vermicelli / sohun / 冬粉 (soaked with water)
- 25g minced garlic
- 5g minced chili
- Minced green onions
- 8g sweet soybean sauce
- 10g soybean sauce
- 10g water
- sugar
- salt
- white pepper
To-do:
- Add soaked bean flour vermicelli on the steamed plate. Lay shrimp on the vermicelli.
- Mix all rest of the ingredients and pour on top of the shrimp.
- Steam for 5 minutes in hot boiling water.
