Soy Sauced Quail's Egg

Ingredients:

  • 20pcs quail's egg
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 180ml water
  • 30ml plum extract / corn syrup
  • 1/4tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp minced garlic
  • 3pcs dried chili
  • chilis per your preferences 
To-do:
  1. Mix all sauce ingredients. When the sauce is starting to boil, add quail's egg.
  2. Taste to your preferences. Cook until your desired color.
