Ingredients
Chiffon cake:
- 3egg yolk
- 15g sugar
- 30ml oil
- 40ml milk
- 10g cornstarch
- 45g cake flour
- 3 egg whites
- 45g sugar
- 20g almond flake -> bake at 170C for 3-5 minutes
Salted cream (mixing altogether with hand mixer):
- 40g cream cheese
- 45g sugar
- 2.5g / 1/2tsp sea salt
- 50ml milk
- 150ml whipping cream
Baking in oven
140C for 35minutes in 16cm baking pan
To-do:
- Using hand mixer, mix egg yolk with sugar and oil.
- Then add milk and mix well. Add sieved cornstarch and cake flour and mixing well with hand mixer.
- In another mixing bowl, beat egg white with sugar in portion until medium peak.
- Mixing egg yolk mixture with egg white mixture and bake at 140C for 35 minutes.
- When the chiffon cake is cold, garnish with salted cream and baked almond flake.
