Ingredients:
- A whole chicken (about 1kg)
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/4tsp ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- To rub: 1tbsp melted butter
Cream cheese dipping sauce (mix altogether):
- 1pcs small cucumber, cut in small chunks, rub with salt and then rinse off the excess water
- 1/4tsp salt
- 60g cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/6cup mayonnaise
- 1/2tbsp honey
- 1/4pcs lemon
Bake in the rotisserie oven:
180C in 1 hour (30 minutes -> 15 minutes rubbing with butter -> 15 minutes rubbing with butter
To-do:
- Pat dry whole chicken. Mix all ingredients and rub to the whole chicken.
- Tie chicken leg and wings. Stab with rotisserie.
- Roast in the oven at 180 degrees in 1 hour. After 30 minutes rub the whole chicken with melted butter. Then roast again in 15 minutes.
- Rub with butter for the second time and bake in 15 minutes.
- When finish, let it rest in the oven for 10-20 minutes.
- Serve with cream cheese dipping sauce.
