Easy Cumin Beef Ribs using Pressure Cooker


Ingredients (for marinating):

  • 1kg beef ribs
  • Few slices ginger
  • light soy sauce
  • dark soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • hoisin sauce
  • cooking wine
  • 1tbsp cumin
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • optional: potatoes and carrots
  • Tapioca starch + water
Pressure cooker:
45 minutes or more

To-do:
  1. Marinate all the ingredients at least one hour.
  2. Then put into pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water together with potatoes and carrots.
  3. Pressure cook for at least 45 minutes or more until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove all excessed oil. Then add tapioca starch water to thicken the sauce.
