Ingredients (for marinating):
- 1kg beef ribs
- Few slices ginger
- light soy sauce
- dark soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- hoisin sauce
- cooking wine
- 1tbsp cumin
- 1/2tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1 cup of water
- optional: potatoes and carrots
- Tapioca starch + water
Pressure cooker:
45 minutes or more
To-do:
- Marinate all the ingredients at least one hour.
- Then put into pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water together with potatoes and carrots.
- Pressure cook for at least 45 minutes or more until the beef is tender.
- Remove all excessed oil. Then add tapioca starch water to thicken the sauce.
