Ingredients:
- 280g cauliflower (blanched until soft)
- 180g thin sliced pork belly
- 1/2pcs thin sliced onions
- 30g white green onion (long sliced)
- 15g garlic
- 10g chili
- 1,5tbsp chili bean sauce or doubanjiang
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- White pepper
- Salt
- Sugar
- 1tbsp sesame oil
To-do:
- Stir fry pork belly until brown. Add onion, green onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add all the ingredients and cauliflower.
- Add water if needed.
