Chili Bean Sauce Cauliflower 乾鍋花椰菜



Ingredients:

  • 280g cauliflower (blanched until soft)
  • 180g thin sliced pork belly
  • 1/2pcs thin sliced onions 
  • 30g white green onion (long sliced)
  • 15g garlic
  • 10g chili
  • 1,5tbsp chili bean sauce or doubanjiang
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
To-do:
  1. Stir fry pork belly until brown. Add onion, green onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add all the ingredients and cauliflower.
  3. Add water if needed.
