Ingredients:
Carrot cake
- 2pcs egg
- 80g brown sugar
- 82g vegetable oil
- 1/2tsp vanilla essence
- 125g cake flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 180g shredded carrot
- 40g walnuts or any nuts
Cream cheese frosting
- 120g cream cheese
- 30g powdered sugar
- 70ml heavy cream
- 1/2tsp lemon juice
- 1/2tsp salt
Bake in air fryer 16 diameter round cake pan
35 minutes 180C
To-do:
- Mix eggs, brown sugar and vanilla essence with hand mixer. Then add vegetable oil. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients: cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt. Sieve through and add into egg mixture. Mix well with spatula.
- Add shredded carrot and walnut. Mix well. Add into cake pan.
- Air fry 180C in 35 minutes. Let it cool before adding cream cheese frosting.
- Meanwhile, add all ingredients for cream cheese frosting and mix well with hand mixer.
- Divide cake into 2 parts and add cream cheese in the middle and on top of the cake.
