Stuffed Baked Tomatoes with Minced Pork




Ingredients:

  • 4 large beef steak tomatoes
  • Minced pork
  • Small chopped onion
  • Minced garlic
  • Pre-cooked rice
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • Garnish: chopped parsley
For the topping (mix all ingredients):
  • Melted butter
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella
Preheat air fryer 180C
Bake for 15-20 minutes 180C

To-do:
  1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out pulp.
  2. In preheated pan, add a little bit oil and sauté minced pork until fragrant.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion translucent and fragrant.
  4. Add rice, salt and pepper to taste. Then spoon stuffing into tomatoes.
  5. Spread the topping over the mixture. Then bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread crumbs are browned. Garnish with chopped parsley.
