Ingredients:
- 4 large beef steak tomatoes
- Minced pork
- Small chopped onion
- Minced garlic
- Pre-cooked rice
- Salt and Pepper for taste
- Garnish: chopped parsley
For the topping (mix all ingredients):
- Melted butter
- Panko bread crumbs
- Mozzarella
Preheat air fryer 180C
Bake for 15-20 minutes 180C
To-do:
- Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out pulp.
- In preheated pan, add a little bit oil and sauté minced pork until fragrant.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion translucent and fragrant.
- Add rice, salt and pepper to taste. Then spoon stuffing into tomatoes.
- Spread the topping over the mixture. Then bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread crumbs are browned. Garnish with chopped parsley.
