Pork Trotters with Red Bean/Black Beans 黑豆豬腳湯


Ingredients:

  • Pork trotters
  • Jujube 紅棗
  • Garlic, cut half
  • Salt
To-do:
  1. Blanch pork trotters to remove blood.
  2. Add a little bit oil in the pressure cooker and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add pork trotters and let it cook until a little bit brown.
  4. Add Jujube and cook in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
  5. Then check if the pork trotters already soft enough. Add salt and try the taste. Let it cook with lid open for few minutes to make the soup become thicker.
