Orange Chiffon Cake



Ingredients:

  1. 3pcs egg yolk
  2. 10g sugar
  3. 1/4tsp salt
  4. 25g vegetable oil
  5. 60ml orange juice
  6. 75g cake flour
  7. 1/4tsp orange rind
  8. 3pcs egg whites
  9. 30g sugar
  10. Optional: Almond flakes sprinkle on top
Bake in 120 degrees for 40 minutes

To-do:
  • Heat air fryer.
  • Mix all ingredients as per number (from 1 to7).
  • In another bowl beat egg whites + 30g sugar with hand mixer until soft peak.
  • Mix egg whites mixture with egg yolks mixture softly and bake in 120 degrees for 40 minutes.
