Ingredients:
- 2pax noodles
- 1pcs cucumber (thin sliced)
- Few soy bean sprouts (blanched)
- Few edamame (boiled)
- Can add sliced carrot
Sauce ingredients:
- 5tbsp sesame sauce (I use Haidilao sesame sauce)
- 2tbsp peanut sauce (I use Skippy crunchy)
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp black vinegar
- 1/2tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 3pcs garlic / 1tbsp garlic paste
- 4tbsp hot water
To-do:
- Mix all sauce ingredients. Taste to your preferences.
- Cucumber, soy bean sprouts and edamame put aside for later garnish.
- Cook noodles and mix with the sauce ingredients.
- Garnish with cucumber, soy bean sprouts and edamame.
