Ingredients:
- 1pcs kampong chicken
- Few slices ginger
- Few shitake mushroom (soaked)
- Few red dates 紅棗 (soaked)
- Few goji berries 枸杞子 (soaked)
- salt
To-do:
- Wash kampong chicken thoroughly. Put chicken on boil with ginger, mushroom and red dates.
- Get out the scum until the soup clear. Do few times in high heat.
- Change to slow cooker, add goji berries and let it slow cook for 3 hours.
- Add salt only when it's time to serve, not in the beginning.
