煲雞湯 / Easy Chicken Soup




Ingredients:

  • 1pcs kampong chicken
  • Few slices ginger
  • Few shitake mushroom (soaked)
  • Few red dates 紅棗 (soaked)
  • Few goji berries 枸杞子 (soaked)
  • salt
To-do:
  1. Wash kampong chicken thoroughly. Put chicken on boil with ginger, mushroom and red dates.
  2. Get out the scum until the soup clear. Do few times in high heat.
  3. Change to slow cooker, add goji berries and let it slow cook for 3 hours.
  4. Add salt only when it's time to serve, not in the beginning.
