Croquette / 可樂餅



Ingredients:

  • 450g potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 60g corn kernels (boiled)
  • 100g onions (diced cut)
  • 180g minced pork/beef
  • 25g green onions (chopped)
  • salt & black pepper
To fry:
  • All purpose flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Cooking oil
To-do:
  1. Add oil on heated pan. Stir fry onions until fragrant then add minced pork.
  2. Add salt & pepper. Cook until well mix. Put into refrigerator to let the minced pork stay moist. Meanwhile, waiting for potatoes and corn kernels ready.
  3. Then add mashed potatoes, corn kernels, minced pork and green onions in a big bowl. Mix well.
  4. Divide into few portions then make a round shape.
  5. Coat with the following: all purpose flour - beaten egg - bread flour
  6. Then fry until golden brown, don't need to fry too long because all the ingredients already cooked. We just want crispiness of the bread crumbs.
