Ingredients:
- 450g potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 60g corn kernels (boiled)
- 100g onions (diced cut)
- 180g minced pork/beef
- 25g green onions (chopped)
- salt & black pepper
To fry:
- All purpose flour
- Bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- Cooking oil
To-do:
- Add oil on heated pan. Stir fry onions until fragrant then add minced pork.
- Add salt & pepper. Cook until well mix. Put into refrigerator to let the minced pork stay moist. Meanwhile, waiting for potatoes and corn kernels ready.
- Then add mashed potatoes, corn kernels, minced pork and green onions in a big bowl. Mix well.
- Divide into few portions then make a round shape.
- Coat with the following: all purpose flour - beaten egg - bread flour
- Then fry until golden brown, don't need to fry too long because all the ingredients already cooked. We just want crispiness of the bread crumbs.
