Beef with Tomato Sauce / 番茄炒五花肉



Ingredients:

  • 150g sliced beef/pork
  • 180g tomato
  • Minced garlic
  • Green onions
  • 1tbsp soy bean sauce
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • White pepper
  • Water
  • 1/2tbsp sugar
  • 2tbsp tomato sauce
  • Starch water
  • Optional: mushroom & chili
To-do:
  1. Boil tomato (sliced to + in the middle for better peel off) and soak in the cold water then peel off the tomato skin.
  2. No oil needed, add sliced beef. Sauté until fragrant. Add minced garlic, green onions and chili. Mix well.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients except starch water. Taste to your preferences.
  4. Add mushroom, let it cook until all cooked.
  5. Add starch water and mix well.
