Ingredients:
- 240g 梅花肉/pork collar slices or beef slices
- 180g soy bean sprouts
- 1tbsp minced garlic
- 2tsp soy bean sauce
- 3tsp dou ban jiang / chili bean sauce
- 1tsp rice wine
- 1/2tsp sugar
- White pepper
- optional: chopped chili
To-do:
- Blanch soy bean sprouts in boiling water for few seconds. Set aside.
- Add minced garlic in heated pan, then in low heat add beef slices.
- Add soy bean sauce, chili bean sauce, rice wine and sugar. Mix well with the beef slices.
- Turn high heat and add blanched soy bean sprouts. Stir fry for few seconds, add white pepper until well mix and it's ready :)
- Garnish with chopped chili (optional)
