豆芽菜炒肉片 Soya bean sprouts with pork/beef slices




Ingredients:

  • 240g 梅花肉/pork collar slices or beef slices
  • 180g soy bean sprouts
  • 1tbsp minced garlic 
  • 2tsp soy bean sauce
  • 3tsp dou ban jiang / chili bean sauce
  • 1tsp rice wine
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • White pepper
  • optional: chopped chili
To-do:
  1. Blanch soy bean sprouts in boiling water for few seconds. Set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic in heated pan, then in low heat add beef slices.
  3. Add soy bean sauce, chili bean sauce, rice wine and sugar. Mix well with the beef slices.
  4. Turn high heat and add blanched soy bean sprouts. Stir fry for few seconds, add white pepper until well mix and it's ready :)
  5. Garnish with chopped chili (optional)
