Ingredients:
- 250g good quality rib eye steak (mine was 2cm thickness)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Butter
- Oil
- Crushed garlic
- Thyme and rosemary
To-do:
- Thaw frozen steak to chiller 1 night before. Pad dry the steak and add salt & black pepper two sides.
- Bake in 90 degrees for 30 mins in the air fryer. No need to flip over.
- Add oil and butter in the heated pan. Transfer the garlic and herbs on top of the steak and baste the steak with the butter using a large spoon.
- Baste for 30-45 seconds (depends on the cooked level you desire) and flip and baste another side for 15 seconds.
- Rest the steak for 10 minutes before eating. Happy cooking :)
