Airfryer Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese




Ingredients:

  • 1/2cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2cup white sugar
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1cup all purpose flour (whisked)
  • 1 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • Walnut flakes
Cream Cheese Frosting (mix altogether):
  • 100g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 10g sugar
  • 1tbsp milk
To-do:
  1. Mix all ingredients together, except cream cheese frosting ingredients.
  2. Air fry in 50mins with 150 grad or until fully cooked.
  3. Wait until cake is cool and apply cream cheese on top of the carrot cake.
  4. Ready to eat.
