Ingredients:
- 1/2cup vegetable oil
- 1/2cup white sugar
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp cinnamon powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1cup all purpose flour (whisked)
- 1 1/2 cup grated carrots
- Walnut flakes
Cream Cheese Frosting (mix altogether):
- 100g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 10g sugar
- 1tbsp milk
To-do:
- Mix all ingredients together, except cream cheese frosting ingredients.
- Air fry in 50mins with 150 grad or until fully cooked.
- Wait until cake is cool and apply cream cheese on top of the carrot cake.
- Ready to eat.
