Tahu Kipas / Stuffed Tofu with Air Fryer





Ingredients:

  • 10pcs fried square tofu
  • Finely sliced cabbage
  • Finely sliced carrot
  • Boiled soybean sprout
  • Peel off shrimp
  • Few finely sliced green onions
  • Finely sliced red onions
  • Finely sliced garlic
  • White pepper
  • Chicken stock powder
  • Salt
For Coating (mix all the ingredients):
  • 5tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1tbsp rice flous
  • Salt
  • Water
Bake: 180 degrees in 10 minutes

To-do:
  1. Add red onions and garlic with oil on the heated pan. Stir fry until fragrant.
  2. Add cabbage and carrot. Sauté until both cooked. 
  3. Add soybean sprout, shrimp and green onion. Add salt, chicken powder and white pepper.
  4. Sauté until all cooked and mix well. Taste the flavor.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Cut a slit in the middle on the long sides of both triangle tofu as pockets to stuff vegetables
  7. Stuff the mix vegetables into fried tofu
  8. Coat with coating flour
  9. Rub oil on the air fryer pan. Put coated tofu on the pan and sprinkle oil on it.
  10. Bake in 180 degree in 10 minutes. If the other side is not baked well, turn the other side and bake another 3-5 minutes
