Ingredients:
- 500g pork ribs
- 1tbsp cooking wine
- 2tbsp sugar
- 3tbsp black vinegar
- 4tbsp soy bean sauce
- 5tbsp water
- Add pork ribs in the boiling water. Cook for few minutes to wash away the blood. Get out the pork ribs.
- Add all the ingredients and pork ribs into pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook for 40minutes and sauté until no sauce left.
- Ready to eat :)
